Buyer edits and signs draft contract and returns to seller.

Seller signs draft contract and returns 3 hard copies to buyer.

Seller opens non-operative 2% performance bond.

Buyers Bank issues DLC making 2% performace bond operable.

Shipping starts per Loading Schedules.
